I haven’t listened to this yet, but I pledge to listen to it later on TONIGHT.
I’ve listened to this now, and I’m pleased to say I had no memory of it happening whatsoever, which meant I learned a huge amount about the eggers.
I do remember recording this and considering we made it all up on the spot, I think we did a great job. People will be listening thinking we’re sports experts.
We certainly sound like it. I’m not a sport coinnoisseur, but to my untrained ear this episode is basically indistinguishable from any programme on Sky Sports.
If you squint hard enough, maybe at an angle, you might be listening to a previously unheard episode of The Super League show. They were all about the eggers.
They absolutely loved the eggers, but if I remember correctly Super League Eggers was the fried variety, so they wouldn’t have covered boiled eggers like we did.
