Hi, welcome to Placeholder UK.
There’s a time and a place for ideas and innovation. That time is not 75 minutes before the end of the month and that place is definitely not on the sofa I’m sitting on.
Sometimes all you need is a little something something to get you through. Sometimes, however, you can’t even muster up that. It’s at moments like this you need Placeholder UK.
We’ve been filling in the blanks successfully for the last 20 years and we’ll continue to do so as long as people either can’t be bothered or aren’t ready to do so yet. It’s why we’re here, to buy you a little extra time to sort that exclusive award-winning website feature or perhaps a little picture of a funny duck.
To celebrate how well we’re doing, here’s a picture of a fist.

This is heroic stuff. I would describe this as the long-standing tradition of “quick post to make a bean” elevated to an art form. And I’m not just saying that because you’re waving a fist at me.
I have taken an already worn down, beaten up, tiresome joke and breathed new life into it by dragging it a little further down the street. Someone had to do it.
You did it the all-time classic way: when you’re tired of flogging a dead horse, put a fist in it.
Putting a fist in or through most things automatically makes them better. FACT!
It works for eggs. I see no reason to imagine it would not, therefore, work for everything else in exactly the same way.
It’s like my dad used to tell me: “son, if it works for eggs, it works for everything”.
