Memory Jiggety Jog

Does anyone remember this? It was at the end of a “serious” discussion how Jack Penate was crowned Silly Bint of the Month back in December 2007. If it was one of you two own up now although I think this cat is an outsider.
I especially liked the description of me being at school and jacking off. What a perv.
62. Dan | September 17th, 2008 at 22:09 Are you being serious? Do you honestly think that Jack Penate is as lowly and terrible as the likes of the Spice Girls and Dido? If so, then you are by far the most closed-minded, idiocratic, non-sensical pleb I have ever had the lack of pleasure meeting. Fair do’s, I respect that different people have different tastes, some people like their indie, other enjoy a bit of hip hop. Bu then there’s you…I’m guessing you sit in your room after school and lock yourself away from the outside world, perhaps masturbating or listening to bands that either time has forgotten or no one has ever heard of. Jack Penate is a new age artist, his lyrics are true to the times and the trials and tribulations of life. Everyone can relate to at least one of his songs, if they say they can’t…they lie! Why the hell would you label such an artist a ‘Bint’? Do you have any idea what a bint is? You really are a clueless young lad/ladette, and your silly little post has enduced this rage! I hope you are proud! Long live Penate!

So do you reckon if I criticise Jack Pinata some more he’ll come back, like a mouse to cheese?
Pinata has a second album out. Hee hee, oh my.
(rubs hands with glee)

Not me. Someone Googling for his beloved Jack, finding our discussion of his binthood on page 430 of the search results, and leaving a steaming pile of rant.
Good on him. I salute his tenacity, if not his musical taste.
(Discussion in question is here and is most entertaining.)

Shiz-o-matic! There’s another one right above it from a few months earlier! These people are nuts.

How could be have missed such vitriolic nob-ends coming into the beans.
I’ll have them flogged at once.
Also… Jack Pinate sucks testes.

I believe his first album is still the ranker of the two but that said the Papples and Gareth Gates have produced better albums in their sleep.
(the former of which are now onto their ninth after a mammoth recording session Tuesday night)

The Papples are truly prolific. They are the only band to have three simultaneous UK number 1’s, and they were all from different albums that were also released simultaneously.
Nobody really knows how that is mathematically possible, but they did it, by jove.

God it makes you proud to be British.

I shall be sticking my jaw out patriotically and waving a flag for the rest of the day.

I hope it’s the Zyruiszia (bad spelling) flag because anything else will offend my very being.
Then I’ll burn you.
11. Chris | August 17th, 2009 at 11:03
Zyurisizia. Get it right.
12. Ian "Mac Mac Mac Mac" McIver | August 17th, 2009 at 17:36
Just because you remember it and I don’t.
Oh.
13. Chris | August 19th, 2009 at 10:33
Yes, just because that. Because that and nothing else.
Zyurisizia. Zyurisizia. ZYURISIZIA, baby!

You see you, right, you remember things with ease.
You see me, right, I don’t remember things with ease so I write them down but even then I forget them and sometimes lose them. Perhaps some sort of notepad tattoo-on-the-body system would work better.
Any questions?
